The Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) works at Woodlands Central, which commenced in April 2012, is on track to achieve its expected completion date in June 2013.
As at November 2012, Phase 1 - the upgrading of block 33 level 7 washrooms - has been completed on schedule. Phase 2 will see the extension and upgrading works for Block 33, and is expected to be ready in 6 months’ time.
The upgraded cluster will be repositioned as a modern bio-tech industrial facility for businesses in the Biomedical, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical-related industries.
